• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The proof of premises able to contain commercial activity, by presenting one of these documents: a title deed or a lease agreement, or concession of ground reserved for commercial activity, or all other deed or allocation decision delivered by a public institution;
• A receipt justifying the payment of tax stamp duties provided by the legislation in force (4.000 DA);
• A receipt justifying the payment of registration duties provided by the legislation in force;
• A copy of resident card for economic operators with foreign nationality;
• A copy of authorization or approval issued by the competent administrative authorities to carry on regulated activities or professions;

• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The original of the trade register extract;
• The proof of premises able to contain commercial activity (in case of a change of the address), by presenting one of these documents: a title deed or a lease agreement, or concession of ground reserved for commercial activity, or all other deed or allocation decision delivered by a public institution ;
• A receipt justifying the payment of tax stamp duties provided by the legislation in force (4.000 DA) ;
• A receipt of payment of modification fees of the trade register in compliance with the regulation in force ;
• A copy of authorization or provisional approval issued by the competent administrative authorities to carry on regulated activities or professions.

• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The original of the trade register extract or the duplicate, if necessary;
• An extract of death certificate of the deceased, if necessary;
• A copy of the decision of justice pronouncing the deregistration from the trade register, if necessary;
• A certificate of fiscal situation issued by tax services territorially competent;
• A receipt of payment of deregistration duties fixed: 1440 DA.

• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The proof of premises able to contain commercial activity established on behalf of the company, by presenting one of these documents: a title deed or a lease agreement, or concession of ground reserved for commercial activity, or all other deed or allocation decision delivered by a public institution ;
• A copy of statutes relating to the creation of the company or a copy of statutory text in case of Industrial and Commercial Public Institution ;
• A copy of the insertion of company's statutes notice in the Official Bulletin of Legal Announcements (BOAL);
• A receipt justifying the payment of tax stamp duties, provided for by the legislation in force (4.000 DA) ;
• A receipt justifying the payment of registration duties in the trade register in compliance with the regulation in force ;
• A copy of authorization or provisional approval issued by the competent administrative authorities to carry on regulated activities or professions.

• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The original of the trade register extract;
• The proof of premises able to contain commercial activity (in case of a change of the headquarter), by presenting one of these documents: a title deed or a lease agreement, or concession of ground reserved for commercial activity, or all other deed or allocation decision delivered by a public institution ;
• A copy of the company's modified statutes
• A copy of the insertion of company's modified statutes notice in the Official Bulletin of Legal Announcements (BOAL);
• A receipt justifying the payment of tax stamp duties, provided for by the legislation in force (4.000 DA) ;
• A receipt justifying the payment of alteration duties in the trade register in compliance with the regulation in force;
• A copy of authorization or provisional approval issued by the competent administrative authorities to carry on regulated activities or professions.

• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The original of the trade register extract or, where appropriate, the duplicate;
• A copy of deed of dissolution of the company;
• A copy of the insertion of the deed of dissolution of the company notice in the Official Bulletin of Legal Announcements (BOAL) ;
• A copy of the decision of justice pronouncing the dissolution of company or the deregistration from the Trade Register, if necessary.
• A certificate of fiscal situation issued by tax services territorially competent;
• A receipt justifying the payment of deregistration duties fixed ( 2496 DA);

• A signed application form provided by the National Center of the Trade Register ;
• The original of the trade register extract;
• A receipt justifying the payment of tax stamp duties provided by the fiscal legislation in force (4.000 DA) ;
• A receipt of payment of modification fees of the trade register in compliance with the regulation in force ;

It should be noted that if the modification of the trade register under the fixation of the validity period coincides with other modifications like the change of headquarters or the adding of activities, etc. It must in this case and according to provisions of the above-mentioned decree, provide in addition to regulatory documents mentioned above the following documents:

• The proof of premises able to contain commercial activity (in case of a change of the headquarters), by presenting :

• A title deed or a lease agreement;
• Or concession of ground reserved for commercial activity;
• Or all other deed or allocation decision delivered by a public institution ;

• A copy of the company's modified statutes ;
• A copy of the insertion of company's modified statutes notice in the Official Bulletin of Legal Announcements (BOAL);
• A copy of authorization or provisional approval issued by the competent administrative authorities to carry on regulated activities or professions.
