The CNRC makes available several online services to the users via its information portal, in order to confirm its role as modern public institution and to improve its position.

The CNRC proposed a range of services to obtain update and legal information about both traders and companies.

The access to these services is free and without any engagement, and permits to:

  • Localize a trader or a company;
  • Choose an activity in the nomenclature of economic activities;
  • Choose denomination or commercial name of the company in project;
  • Verify the solvency of partners ;
  • Obtain statistics.

This first level is provided gracefully for users and permits to obtain summarized information for startup an investigation on the company or trader. The subscription is required for access to detailed information

The CNRC conceives fast and simple searches in the directory of traders, the nomenclature of economics activities, the file of company name and commercials names (denomination) and verification of company's accounts filing concerning a company.

Four (04) categories of services are available:

The search is carrying out on national database of traders. The criteria of search is available on this section is:

  • Trade register number;
  • Name and first name (trader : natural person);
  • Company name (company natural person);
  • Wilaya of the principal establishment.

The table of results contains the following information:

  • The trade register number;
  • Name and last name (trader natural persons);
  • Company name (company legal entitiy);
  • Wilaya of the principal establishment;
  • Number of Establishment (active);
  • Statue of trade (active, deregistration, absolute).

The subscription is required for access to detailed information.

This service allows to the users to carry out a search in nomenclature of economics activities subject to registration in the Trade Register. The criteria of search is:

  • Activity code;
  • Keyword.

The search result contains the following information:

  • Number of activities founded;
  • Activity code;
  • Wording of activity;
  • The date of last updating of activity;
  • Button detail to display the content of activity, and if possible the accessory activity and regulatory reference (The subscription is required to access ).

This service allows you to carry out a search in database of denominations and commercial names; the search is effectuated by entering the full or part of searched denomination. The subscription is required for access to information.

The search result contains the following information:

  • Registration number;
  • Denomination in Arabic;
  • Denomination in French;
  • Date of registration;
  • Statue (confirmed /unconfirmed).

This service allows you to know the situation of company also legal filing of company's accounts. The criteria of search is :

  • Trade register number;
  • Financial year;
  • Denomination of company;

The search result contains the following information:

  • Trade register number;
  • Company name;
  • Financial year: (list of financial years when the filing is done).
  • Balance sheet inputs: (yes: the balance sheet available online/ no: the balance sheet not available online)
  • Detail: service reserved for authenticated subscribers.
Paid services

To obtain a detailed information, the users must be identify by the portal which necessitate a «inscription» in the portal for benefit from the access to details, in addition to free services reserved for internet users.

Consequently of subscription to the portal, the user benefits from a secured space, which allows to user the access to detailed information concerns the searches: (database of traders, nomenclature of economics activities subject to registration in the trade register, balance sheet of companies, the official bulletin of legal announcement) and other services online for: registration of denomination, request for copies of document, request for database of traders and for manage his own account.

Services for professionals

This category of services is designated for different institutions and administrations: ministries, directorates of control and prices, directorates of trade of the Wilaya, People's Municipal Assembly, security services, tax services, customs services, National office of statistics, The National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers,…, professionals, lawyers, notaries and also for partners of the CNRC.

The details of services offered for administrations are defined in the rubric «Our subscriber» and the details concerning notaries in the section «Notary Space».

The services reserved for notaries permit to carry out online notarial procedures linked to trade register. The portal permits the facilitation of procedures to promote the creation of companies.

The notaries have a personalized workspace in the portal for carrying out from their offices certain legal formalities, in particular:

  • Insertion of notice relating to creation, alteration, dissolution of company's contracts, sale and pledge of business assets…;
  • Consultation of BOAL;
  • Annual filing of company's accounts;
  • Reservation of denomination.
