The subscription to the "SIDJILCOM" is a privilege allowed to the subscriber the access to legal information concerning the companies established in Algeria.

The subscription is done by the payment of an applicable tariff when the request is registered, in accordance with modalities mentioned in the rubric " Subscriptions" in the portal.

The subscription is personal, individual and non-transferable.

"SIDJILCOM" offers three forms of subscription:

• Unitary Pack : allows to benefit from one (01) user account with the right of access to one (01) type of searches. The amount of subscription is 3000 DA/per year.
• Base Pack : allows to benefit from one (01) user account with the right of access to four (04) types of searches ( list of trader, nomenclature of economic activities, denominations and the Official Bulletin of Legal Announcements). The amount of subscription is 5000 DA/per semester or 9000 DA/per year.
• Integral pack : allows to benefit from five (05) user accounts with the right of unlimited access to all databases available in the portal (list of trader, nomenclature of economic activities, denominations, Official Bulletin of Legal Announcements and company's accounts). The amount of subscription is 20.000 DA/per semester or 36.000 DA/per year.

The subscription can be done by any natural person or legal entity wishing access to "SIDJILCOM" portal of CNRC in order to have information and to benefit from different online services.

The operational mode to subscribe includes:

• Registration in "the SIDJILCOM" portal  to get an account or in authentification  if the interested person already has an account.
• Choice of a pack and filling out the registration form.
• Payment of subscription fees and activation of the account.

This procedure concerns natural persons or legal entities whose residence or headquarters is established in Algeria. The payment of registration fees is in Algerian Dinars.

The interested persons can proceed to this subscription according to the two following approaches:

• Subscription and payment online:

This approach concerns the users having a debit card CIB and wishing to pay via internet.

The procedure of subscription is carried out completely online on the "SIDJILCOM" portal via the rubric « subscribe ».

The subscriber formalizes his application and proceeds to payment and activation of his account from his office, without having to move.

• Subscription and activation at the CNRC:

This approach concerns the persons who pay via classical methods: Bank Transfer or Post Office Account (CCP), Check, TPE (Electronic Payment Terminal & CIB card) .

The concerned person must move to the general directorate of the CNRC or the nearest local office to his residence in order to formalize his subscription and to activate his account.

The payment of subscription fees is via bank transfer of the subscription amount for the benefit of CNRC.
