N° 07/2025/CNRC/SDP
The National Center of the Trade Register launches a consultation concerning:
Renewal of support for information security solutions (FortiWeb and FortiMail)
for a period of one (01) year.
The tendreres having partnership certificate, approval from software manufacturer or publisher and intersted by this notice, can now withdraw the specifications, upon payment of an amount of three thousand dinars (3000 DA) non-refundable, at:

Accompanied by the following documents:
- Copy of electronic trade register;
- Copy of the identity document of the person who withdraws the specifications;
- Power of attorney given to the authorized person to withdraw the specifications.
The file must contain the following documents:
The technical tender contains:
• Application declaration;
• Subscribe declaration;
• Probity declaration;
• Copy of trade register extract ;
• Copy of statutes and/or amendments for companies, if need be;
• Power of the signatory;
• All documents required for the qualification of tenderer (approval, partnership) ;
- Fact sheet of information security solutions ;
- List of human resources required in the framework of the project;
• Professional references;
• copies of accounting balances sheets, if need be;
• Banking references;
- The specifications bearing the mention “read and agreed” signed by the tenderer;
• The delivery and guarantee period must be fixed either in the specifications or in the commitment letter;
The financial tender contains:
• Letter of submission ;
• Commercial tender.
The details of these documents are carefully reproduced in the specifications (article 03).
A period of fifeteen (15) days from 24/12/2025 is granted to the tenderers for filing their tenders.
The deadline for filing of tenders is fixed on 07/01/2026 at 16h: 00.
The validity tender’s period is one hundred and five (105 ) days (90 days + 15 days corresponding to the tender’s preparation period) .
If this day falls on public holiday or on rest day, the tenders’ preparation period will be extended until the next working day.
The tenderers are invited to attend the session of tenders opening which will be done the day following the deadline of tenders filing at 10:00.

Inscription for professionals
Advantages:
- Access to all the portal functionalities destined for general public.
- Time-saving by carrying out online searches.
- Send your query to the National Center of The Trade Register " CNRC ".
This form is destined for a category of professionals, it concerned the users:
- Of Institutional type, such as: the different administrations ( Ministries, Wilayas, People's Municipal Assembly…), Security Services, Tax Services, Customs Services, the National Office of Statistics, The National Social Security Fund for Salaried Workers...
- The privileged partners such as: notaries, auditors, lawyers,…
The registration and the activation of services are done by the Portal Administrator. The particular subscriber has the right to access to all free and paid services offered by the portal.
The particular subscribers type « notaries » benefit from a variety of online services, such as: publication of insertion announcements, filing of company's accounts and registration of denominations.
