Conformément à l’article 82, alinéas 03 et 04, du décret présidentiel n°15-247 du 16 Septembre 2015, portant réglementation des marchés publics et des délégations de service public :

-  Les soumissionnaires qui contestent le choix opéré par le maître de l’ouvrage, peuvent introduire un recours dans les dix (10) jours à compter de la première publication de l’avis d’attribution provisoire du marché, auprès de la Commission des Marchés de l’Etablissement.                                                                                                                                          

- Les soumissionnaires qui souhaitent prendre connaissance des résultats détaillés de l’évaluation de leurs candidatures, offres technique et financière, sont invités à se rapprocher des services du CNRC, au plus tard trois (03) jours à compter du premier jour de publication de cet avis.
