The declaration of real benficiary

The declaration of real benficiary of legal entities subject to the Algerian law is a mandatory procedure in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular the Law No. 05-01 dated 06 February 2005 on the prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorism financing, amended and supplemented. The service proposed for the online declaration of real benficiary provides greater flexibility and ease for the responsibles of legal entities.

Recruitment Notice

The National Trade Register Centre announces the opening of a recruitment process at the level of the General Directorate and local branches to fill the following positions:

1. Administrative Officer

(Bachelor’s degree in higher education or an equivalent qualification)

Number of positions: thirty-one (31) positions, distributed as follows:

  • Guelma, Béjaïa, Tiaret, Oum El Bouaghi, Bouira, Bordj Bou Arréridj, Constantine, Sétif/El Eulma, Saïda, Chlef, El Oued, Tizi Ouzou/Azazga, Adrar, In Guezzam, Ouled Djellal, Tamanrasset, Naâma, Boumerdes, Blida: one (01) position for each branch.
  • Laghouat, Batna, Algiers East 2, Médéa: two (02) positions for each branch.
  • Tipaza: three (03) positions.
  • General Directorate: two (02) positions.

2. Prevention and Security Officer

(Completion of the first year of secondary education + full physical fitness)

  • Sidi Bel Abbès: one (01) position to replace the officer currently on long-term sick leave.
  • Béchar: one (01) position.

3. Senior Technician

  • Algiers Centre 2: one (01) position.
  • Algiers/West: one (01) position.
  • General Directorate: one (01) IT Maintenance Technician position.

4. Legal Officer

  • General Directorate: one (01) position.

5. Executives and Technicians at the General Directorate

  • Civil Engineer: one (01) position.
  • Three (03) Financial and Accounting Executives.
  • Driver: one (01) position.

Total number of available positions: forty-four (44) positions.

General Conditions and Application File:

Applicants must meet the following conditions:

  • Be of Algerian nationality and enjoy full civil rights.
  • Be in a regular position regarding national service obligations.
  • Reside in the wilaya concerned by the recruitment.

Application File:

  • Handwritten application including the phone number.
  • Copy of the national identity card.
  • Copy of the required diploma or qualification.
  • Residence certificate.

Submission of Applications:

Applications must be submitted to the headquarters of the General Directorate or to the concerned local branches according to the place of work.

Deadline for submission: three (03) days from the date of publication of this notice.
