NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

In accordance with the provisions of the article 65 of the presidential decree n°15-247 dated September 16^th, 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations, the National Center of the Trade Register (CNRC) informs all the tenderers who have participated in the national open call for bids   n°04/2024, published in the national newspapers: El Moudjahid, Echaab  and in the Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Operator (BOMOP) on 03/11/2024, concerning the  renewal of the Oracle technical Support of the type « Production Support and Subscription » for a period of one  (01) year.

 

That after the evaluation of the tenders, the contract has been provisionally awarded to the following tenderer : SARL IT COMP

 

 

The procedure of tenders evaluation gives the following results:

According to the article 82 of the  presidential decree n°15-247 dated September 16^th, 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations:

• The tenderers contesting the choice made by the contracting service may submit an appeal to the Procurement Commission of the Center, within ten (10) days from the date of the first publication of this notice of provisional contract award.

• The tenderers wishing to be informed about the detailed results of the evaluation of their applications, technical and financial tenders, are invited to contact the CNRC services, not later than three (03) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
