NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD

In accordance with the provisions of the article 65 of the presidential decree n°15-247 dated 16/09/2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations, the National Center of the Trade Register (CNRC) informs the tenderers who have participated in the national open call for bids  with minimum capacities requirements n° 06/2024, published in the national newspapers: El Moudjahid, Echaab and in the Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Operator (BOMOP) , concerning the fitting-out works for CNRC local office of the Wilaya of Laghouat.

That after the evaluation of tenders, the contract is awarded provisionally to the following tenderers:

       According to the article 82, paragraphs 03 and 04 of the presidential decree n°15-247 dated September 16th, 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations:

• The tenderers contesting the choice made by the contracting authority may submit an appeal to the Procurement Commission of the Center, within ten (10) days from the date of the first publication of this notice of provisional contract award.
• The tenderers wishing to be informed about the detailed results of the evaluation of their applications, technical and financial tenders, are invited to contact the CNRC services, not later than three (03) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
