N°02/2025/CNRC/SDP  (2^nd Notice)

Following the unsuccessful consultation n° 01/2025/CNRC/SDP, the National Centre of the Trade Register launches for the second time a consultation for: The National Center of the Trade Register launches a consultation for the expertise, advice and support the CNRC to reconfigure the trade register extract into biometric or electronic format.

This consultation will be the subject of public display and will be published on the CNRC portal: www.sidjilcom.cnrc.dz

The tendreres who are interested by this consultation notice are now invited to withdraw the specifications, against the payment of an amount of three thousand dinars (3000 DA) and non-reimbursable, at :

The tenders must include “Application file”, “Technical tender” and “Financial tender”. the application file , technical tender  and financial tender  are inserted in separated and sealed envelopes  bearing the following mentions “Application file”, “Technical tender” and “Financial tender”.

These envelopes are inserted in a closed and anonymous envelope containing the following mention:

Expertise, advice and support the CNRC to reconfigure the trade register extract into biometric or electronic format

“To be opened only by the committee of opening envelopes and evaluating tenders dedicated to consultations”

The required documents for tender are carefully reproduced in the specifications (article 10).

 

A period of  eight (08) days from  12/06/2025 is granted to the tenderers for filing their tenders.

 

The date and the hour of the deadline for filing of tenders is the last day of tenders’ preparation period on 19/06/2025 at 16h: 00 at the National of the Trade Register, sub-directorate of projects (office 16), R.N. N°24 Le Lido – Mohammadia-Algiers.

  If this day falls on public holiday or on rest day, the opening date of the technical and financial tenders will be extended until the next working day.

The opening of bids will take place within a maximum of 24 hours (working days) from the deadline of tenders’ filing.

 The validity tenders period on specifications is ninety eight (98) days (90 days + 08 days corresponding to the tender’s preparation period).
