In accordance with the provisions of the law n° 23-12 on 05 august  2023 fixing the general rules of public contracts, the article 13 of the presidential decree n°15-247 on 16 September 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations and the CNRC appropriate procedure  adopted on 22/01/2017    by its Board of Directors.

The National Center of the Trade Register (CNRC) informs all tenderers who have participated in the consultation n° °03/2025/CNRC/SDP concerning:   the acquisition of licenses and computer equipment:

 Lot 01:  the acquisition of licenses for Microsoft office Standard 365 Business and Windows Servers 2022;

Lot 02: the acquisition of  six  (06) A3 Production Scanners.

The tenderers contesting the choice made by the contracting service may submit an appeal to the General Director, within a period of seven (07) days from the date of the publication of this notice of provisional contract award on the CNRC Electronic Portal.
