In accordance with the CNRC manual of appropriate procedures in matter of placing orders that the amount is less than the threshold fixed for the award of public contracts, The National Center of the Trade Register informs all tenderers who have participated in the consultation N°01/2025/CNRC/EL MEGHEIR dated 12/05/2025, relating to the studying and follow-up of construction works for CNRC local office of the Wilaya of EL MEGHEIR, that after the analysis and the evaluation of tenders, the contract is awarded provisionally to the following tender :

A time period of seven (07) days is granted to the unsuccessful tenderers to submit a potential appeal to the General Director of the CNRC, from the date of the publication of this notice on the CNRC electronic website.
