The National Center of the Trade Register reminds all legal entities subject to Algerian law: commercial companies, civil companies, associations, non-profit organizations or wakf…, of the obligation to declare the real  beneficiary, in compliance with Law No. 10-25  dated  28 Muharram  1447 corresponding to 24 July  2025, amending and supplementing  the Law n° 05-01 the Law n° 05-01 of 27 Dhu al-Hijjah  1425 corresponding to 06 February 2005 on the prevention and combating of money laundering and terrorism financing.

The declaration of the real beneficiary is carried out at the local offices of the National Center of the Trade Register across the 58  wilayas, and this according  to location of  headquarters  of the legal entity concerned by the declaration.

It should be noted that the National Center of the Trade Register services have mobilized all human and material resources to ensure that   this process is functioning smoothly in the best conditions, in coordination with local authorities across all wilayas of the country.
