NOTICE OF UNSUCCESSFUL CONSULTATION (lots:01,03,04)

In accordance with the provisions of the law n° 23-12 on 05 august  2023 fixing the general rules of public contracts and the presidential decree n°15-247 on 16 September 2015 regulating public procurement and public service delegations and the CNRC manual of appropriate procedures in matter of placing orders. The National Center of the Trade Register informs all tenderers who have participated in the consultation n°03/ SDM/2025 relating to the purchase and the delivery on site of raw materials and consumables for the needs of the CNRC headquarters printing unit.:

Lot n° 03: Isopropyl alcohol

Lot n° 04: various products

Lot n° 05: spare parts and accessories

 

That after the analysis and evaluation of tenders by the committee of opening envelopes and evaluating tenders, the lots n° 02 and n° 05 are provisionally awarded to the following tenderer:
