 NOTICE OF PROVISIONAL CONTRACT AWARD AND UNSUCCESSFUL 

In accordance with the provisions of the articles 40 and 65 of the presidential decree n°15-247 dated 16/09/2015, regulating public procurement and public service delegations, the National Center of the Trade Register (CNRC) informs all the tenderers who have participated in the national open call for bids with minimum capacity requirements n°02/2026, published in the newspapers: El Moudjahid, Echaab, SABQ PRESS, TOUT SUR L’ALGERIE on 05/02/2026 and in the Official Bulletin of Public Procurement Operator (BOMOP) dated 08/02/2026,  concerning:

Lot 01: Acquisition of four (04) sedan vehicles, air-conditioned, gasoline-powered,  from 150 to 220 horsepower ;

Lot 02: Acquisition of eight (08) sedan vehicles or Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), air-conditioned, gasoline-powered, from 121 to 149 horsepower ;

Lot 03: Acquisition of eleven (11) sedan vehicles, Sport Utility Vehicles (SUVs), or “Combi” fitted with windows, air-conditioned, gasoline-powered, from 90 to 120 horsepower ;

Lot 04: Acquisition of four (04) minibuses, air-conditioned, diesel-powered, with a seating capacity ranging from 24 to 30 seats.

That after the evaluation of technical and financial tenders by the committee of opening envelopes and evaluating tenders , the contract is awarded provisionally to the following tenderer:

According to the article 82 , paragraphs 03 and 04 of the of the presidential decree n°15-247 on 16 september 2015, regulating public procurement and public service delegations:

• The tenderers contesting the choice made by the National Center of the Trade Register may submit an appeal to the Procurement Commission of the Center, within ten (10) days from the date of the first publication of this notice of provisional contract award.

• The tenderers wishing to be informed about the detailed results of the evaluation of their applications, technical and financial tenders, are invited to contact the CNRC services, not later than three (03) days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
