The CNRC, through the anteriority search service, provides for operator economics (natural person and legal entities) and any interested persons all the information inherent to the trade register, within the framework of respect of different regulations according to every case.

The information requests addressed by the third party give rise, as the case, to the issuance of following documents:

  • Certificate of existence ( for issuance of duplicate at the local offices);
  • Certificate of deregistration;
  • Certificate of non-inscription in the Trade Register;
  • Copy of documents presented in the inscription file;
  • All information concerned the traders (historic of inscription);
Registration of the denomination or the commercial name

To register a denomination, the operator economic has the possibility of moving to the CNRC local office territorially competent or carrying out the reservation via the "CNRC" Information Portal through the rubric «Our subscribers » by insuring the communication of information which is essential to the treatment of such an operation.

  • Case when the operator economic comes in person

The certificate is issued the same day, once the following formalities have been completed :

  • The concerned person must fill out an application form on which he can propose four (04) denominations into order of preference.
  • The concerned person proceeds to pay search fees at the BNA bank.
  • Anteriority Search Service performs verification and establishes a certificate of denomination registration which is available for six (06) months and if the user doesn't register his company or proceeds to an extension. The denomination will be available for others companies.
  • Case when the operator economic carried out his inscription by internet via "CNRC" portal

This service is open for all users previously registered on the portal, without any distinction.

The concerned person can proceed to the registration of denomination or commercial name via the Information Portal through the rubric«Our subscribers», the procedure is simple and interactive, the users have an application form that must be fill out: trader type (natural person, legal entity), four (04) denominations or commercial name in order of preference, trader or headquarter address, Wilaya headquarter, name and the first name of the manager with his personal address and withdrawal local office.

The service of CNRC carries out the search and answered the subscribers via internet.

  • If all formulated proposals are not available, the subscriber must formulate another request.
  • Otherwise, the request is registered and the system informs the subscriber about a due date for the payment of costs and the withdrawal of the certificate of denomination or commercial name registration.
