إعلان عن تصحيح منح مؤقت لصفقة
طبقا لأحكام المادة 65 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 15-247 المؤرخ في 16/09/2015 والمتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية وتـفويضات المرفق الـعام، يُعلم المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري كافة المتعهدين المشاركين في المناقصة الوطنية المفتوحة مع اشتراط قدرات دنيا رقم 03/2025 التي تم نشرها في الجريدتين اليوميتين: الشعب و Moudjahid El وكذا في النشرة الرسمية لصفقات المتعامل العمومي " BOMOP " المتعلقة باشغال تهيئة الفرع المحلي و السكن الوظيفي للمركز الوطني للسجل التجاري لولاية ام البواقي ، أنّه وبعد دراسة وتقييم العروض، تم منح الصفقة بصفة مؤقتة للمتعهد التالي ذكره:

طبقا للمادة 82، فقرتين 03 و04 من المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 15-247 المؤرخ في 16 سبتمبر 2015 المتضمن تنظيم الصفقات العمومية و تـفويضات المرفق الـعام:
- بإمكان المتعهدين المحتجين على الاختيار الذي قام به صاحب المشروع، رفع طعن أمام لجنة الصفقات التابعة للمركز في أجل مدته عشرة (10) أيّام ابتداء من تاريخ النشرالأول لإعلان المنح المؤقت للصفقة.
- المتعهدون الراغبون في الاطلاع على النتائج المفصلة لتقييم ترشحاتهم وعروضهم التقنية والمالية، مدعوون للتقرب من مصالح المركز الوطني للسجل التجاري في أجل أقصاه ثلاثة (03) أيام ابتداء من اليوم الأول لنشر هذا الإعلان.

The registration and the activation of services are done by the Portal Administrator. The particular subscriber has the right to access to all free and paid services offered by the portal.
