The National Center of the Trade Register launches a consultation relating to the purchase and the delivery on site of raw materials and consumables for the needs of the CNRC headquarters printing unit.
This consultation will be subject of public display and will be published on the CNRC website: https://sidjilcom.cnrc.dz
The economic operators who are qualified in this field are invited to withdraw the specifications, at:

Sub-directorate of Means
Office of General Means (1st floor n° 18)
And this, against the payment of 2000 DA, cash at the CNRC case:
The tenders must include “Application file”, “Technical tender” and “Financial tender”. Each tender is inserted in closed and sealed envelope, bearing the reference, purpose of consultation and the following mentions “Application file”, “Technical tender” and “Financial tender”. These three envelopes are inserted in a fourth closed and anonymous envelope containing the mention “To be opened only by the committee of opening envelopes and evaluating tenders dedicated to consultations”, specifying the number and the purpose of the consultation with the address of client, as bellow:

The file must contain the following documents:
1-The application file contains:
- Copy of application declaration, set out in annex, duly filled and signed ;
- Copy of probity declaration, set out in annex, duly filled and signed;
- All documents relating to the enabling powers of signature for engaging persons, if need be;
2- The technical tender contains:
- Copy of subscribe declaration, set out in annex, duly filled and signed, for each lot;
- Receipt of payment of amount of 2000 DA concerning the specifications;
- The specifications filled, signed, sealed and bearing at the last page the handwritten mention “read and approved”;
- Origin of the Product: the tenderer must provide all necessary documentation proving the origin of the product for Lot No. 2 and Lot No. 05."
3- The financial tender contains:
- Copy of letter of submission, set out in annex, duly filled and signed, for each lot ;
- Copy of list of unit prices duly filled;
- Copy of detailed quantitative estimates duly signed by tenderer;
- Copy of summary of contract prices duly signed by the tenderer.
NB: The successful tenderer must provide in within a maximum period of five (05) days, all required documents justifying his application before the provisional award, namely:
- Copy of electronic trade register extract;
- Banking references;
- Copies of attestations from social security organism ( National Fund of employees social insurance “CNAS” , National Fund of non-salaried social security “CASNOS”)
- Tax identification number (NIF);
- Copy of certificate of company accounts filing for financial year 2023 concerning the commercial companies under Algerian law ( the tender is rejected if the copy of certificate not filed);
- Statistical registration number (NIS).
A period of ten (10) days is granted for the tenders preparation and the specifications withdrawing, from the first publication of this consultation notice on the portal: https://sidjilcom.cnrc.dz on 15/12/2025.
The deadline of tenders filing is fixed on 24/12/2025 at 13H00.
The opening of envelopes will be done on 24/12/2025 at 13H30

The registration and the activation of services are done by the Portal Administrator. The particular subscriber has the right to access to all free and paid services offered by the portal.
The particular subscribers type « notaries » benefit from a variety of online services, such as: publication of insertion announcements, filing of company's accounts and registration of denominations.
